Serving First Responders: A Mission of Compassion and Connection

Nourishing Bodies and Souls

Understanding the challenges and demands faced by law enforcement officers, Breakthrough Ministries offers tangible support through weekly meal services. These meals, served at the first and third precincts, are more than just nourishment for the body; they are opportunities for meaningful interaction, relationship-building, and sharing the compassion of Christ.

In addition to weekly meals we hosted a steak dinner appreciation night in 2023 and plan to continue to add additional relationship building events to our programming.

God's Kitchen: Extending Our Reach

Our mobile kitchen, aptly named 'God's Kitchen,' is another testament to our mission. It allows us to serve not only the Minneapolis Police but also other first responders in areas like Rochester, Minnesota, Freeborn County, and Albert Lea. Through this outreach, we share the Living Water of Christ, quenching both physical and spiritual thirst.

Mission Trips: A Journey of Service

Our commitment to law enforcement extends beyond local boundaries. Breakthrough Ministries has had the privilege of serving police officers on mission trips to Dallas, Texas, and New York City. These trips are a vivid illustration of our belief in going beyond the walls of our ministry to touch lives and demonstrate Christ's unconditional love and understanding.
